Methodology

Hurun Innovators ·Yangtze River Delta Technology Managers Transfer 2024 is jointly released by the National Eastern Tech-Transfer Center, Shanghai Technology Market Association and Hurun Report. The focus is on the Yangtze River Delta region in East China.

Technical transfer managers in universities, hospitals, research institutes, institutions and other relevant units in the Yangtze River Delta region who are engaged in technology transfer work, whon have rich practical experience and have made outstanding achievements were invited to apply for the award.

Hurun Research Institute comprehensively evaluated the technical managers using in four criteria: professional ability, transformational ability, influence and leadership.

Under the guidance of relevant departments, the National Eastern Tech-Transfer Center, Shanghai Technology Market Association, and industry experts, the transaction volume and amount of technology transfer, working experience and historical achievements in the field of technology transfer, educational qualifications, professional qualifications, and industry achievements (national and provincial) are taken as the basic evaluation data. It also pays attention to the transfer/licensing/pricing investment mode of characteristic cases, transforming the transaction amount and financing amount of the project and analyzing the typicality of the case, and obtaining the result after comprehensive scoring.
