ON HURUN GLOBAL RICH LIST 2022, RETAIL RANKED 4TH, WITH A TOTAL OF 249 ENTREPRENEURS, ACCOUNTING FOR 7.4% OF THE LIST

(1 April 2022, Shanghai) The Hurun Research Institute today released the Hurun Global Retail Rich List 2022, a list of the retail billionaires in the world. Wealth is a snapshot of 14 January 2022, drawn from the recently released Hurun Global Rich List 2022.

The threshold for the Hurun Global Retail Rich List 2022 is US$2.7bn, and the total wealth of the world's top 100 entrepreneurs in the retail industry is US$1134bn. They come from 26 countries. The average age is 67 years old, 3 years older than the average age of the Hurun Global Rich List.
